Just reading about our Southern Africa RV Safari conjures up visions of driving among the exotic animals that we have known only from movies and travelogues. As the time to depart from Dulles Airport arrived on Feb 21st our airplane reminded us of our destination: South African Air. Even the flight attendants contributed to our anticipation of arrival with their various accents and the way they were dressed. We were greeted in Cape Town by our local guide and taken to our beautiful hotel on the waterfront. We were all tired from our long flight and the beds felt like heaven. This is to be our home for the next four days.
